A warm welcome!
 We are delighted that you have chosen to spend your holiday with us. We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive and to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
By making a booking, you agree to these house rules. They are intended to protect our guests and apartments and to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Arrival and departure
• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Should you require different arrival or departure times, please contact us. Subject to availability, we will be happy to find a suitable solution.

Your apartment
We have furnished each apartment with great care and want our future guests to feel just as comfortable as you do. Please therefore treat the furnishings, equipment and inventory with care. Should anything be damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Accidents can happen, and we will work with you to find a fair and straightforward solution.

Quiet hours
Please be considerate of neighbours and other guests between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No smoking
All our apartments are non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Please make sure that cigarette ends are fully extinguished and disposed of in the designated containers.

Pets
Pets are welcome only in designated apartments and must be registered with us in advance. Please observe the following rules:
• Dogs are not permitted on sofas or beds.
• Any mess caused by pets must be cleaned up immediately.
• Please avoid leaving your pet unattended in the apartment whenever possible.
• Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.

Kitchen
Please leave all crockery, cutlery, cookware, the oven and the microwave clean after use. Please use chopping boards and heat-resistant mats to protect worktops, tables and other surfaces.

Ventilation and heating
Regular ventilation helps to maintain a pleasant indoor climate and prevent mould. Please ventilate the apartment particularly after showering and turn down the radiators while the windows are open.

Waste separation
Please help us conserve resources by separating your waste according to the available bins. Hygiene products, leftover food, grease and other objects must not be disposed of in the toilet or down any drain.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. Please use the internet connection only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Electric vehicles
For safety reasons, electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles must not be charged using sockets or extension cables belonging to the accommodation.

Parking
Where a parking space is provided, it is used at your own risk. Vehicles are neither supervised nor placed in our custody. Keys Please keep the keys safe. If a key is lost, inform us immediately. Any necessary costs for replacement keys or security measures may be charged to the person responsible.

Safety
When leaving the apartment, please close all windows and doors and switch off the lights and any electrical appliances that are not required. This helps to conserve energy and ensures the safety of the accommodation.
